At Lunar Bakes, every treat is baked with love! Because our products are perishable and batch-made, our policies are a little different from non-food retailers. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Areas

We offer Nationwide delivery to UK Mainland. International orders are currently unavailable.

Delivery Timeframes

We bake our goods by batch, we aim to process and deliver orders within 2–3 business days after payment. Delivery windows are estimates. We do our best to deliver on time, but we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to factors outside our control such as traffic, weather or courier delays.

Packaging & Freshness

All items are packaged to stay fresh and safe during delivery.

Once delivered, responsibility for storing and consuming the product safely is yours.

Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure safe delivery. We use Royal Mail Tracked Services for most of our orders – please provide your email and mobile phone to receive tracking updates. Please note that collections are currently unavailable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we batch-bake to order and aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, changes or cancellations cannot be made after placing your order. Please ensure you have provided the correct delivery address and contact details at time of order.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take quality seriously! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with missing items, please email us at sales@lunarbakes.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos.

Please note that refunds are not automatic and are subject to our review of the claim.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery is attempted but you are unavailable (or provided an incorrect address), we cannot offer a refund.

Please double check your delivery address and availability before placing your order. If you have provided an email and mobile number, please check with Royal Mail Tracking Services for an update on your delivery and redelivery options. Please allow up to 72 hours for redelivery delays and contact Royal Mail directly.
