We are a Taiwanese company based in London, UK, sharing our love for a classic Taiwanese treat: the pineapple cake. Known and cherished in Taiwan, this humble pastry is more than a snack. It is a symbol of welcome, a gesture of kindness, often gifted, always enjoyed.
Our cakes are made with the same spirit. Simple in appearance, thoughtful in detail. Each one is baked with a focus on balance, using quality ingredients and a refined approach. The flavour is gentle, the texture soft, the sweetness just enough.

Our Taiwanese-inspired pineapple cakes bring together the best of East and West. Each one has a rich, buttery, shortbread-like pastry wrapped around a sweet, tangy pineapple jam made with native Taiwanese pineapples. They are delightfully crumbly and gently chewy. Perfect as an afternoon treat with a cup of tea, or as a little pick-me-up on the go.
We use fine British ingredients to create a delicate, crumbly pastry that wraps around a golden pineapple jam — made from native Taiwanese pineapples. Our Taiwanese pineapples are chosen for their exceptional sweetness and flavour,
and specially prepared to achieve the distinct texture and taste unique to traditional Taiwanese pineapple cakes.
All our cakes are batch-baked in the UK, using no artificial preservatives or flavourings, to offer an authentic and fresh taste.
