3. Shipping, Delivery and Pickup
- Shipping Limitations: Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we currently only deliver to United Kingdom.
- Delivery Windows: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within estimated timeframes but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
- Risk of Loss: All products are baked by batch and shipped in secure packaging. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because our goods are perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at sales@lunarbakes.com within 24 hours with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
